We’re excited to deliver this feature in a way that’s intuitive and seamless, just as it should be.

Why Offline Weather Matters

Flying is inherently safer when you have uninterrupted access to critical weather information. With offline forecasts stored on your device, you can confidently navigate changing conditions without worrying about internet connectivity. Whether you’re soaring through wave zones, tracking wind patterns, or assessing convergence areas, all the data you need is at your fingertips—no connection required.

How it works

1. Select Your Areas
   Go to Menu > Settings > Offline data > Regions to choose the ones you want to store offline so the data is tailored to your flight plan.
2. Pick Your Weather Layers
   Activate layers for wind, wave zones, convergence areas, and more—whatever you want to rely on for a safe flight.
3. Sync in the Morning
   Connect your device to the internet in the morning to automatically download the latest weather forecasts.

Once synced, your Oudie N, Omni, or SeeYou Navigator stores all weather layers for the day. These include forecasts for every time of day and altitude, dynamically displaying the most relevant information as you progress through your flight. This means safer, smarter decisions in the cockpit, even in areas with no connectivity.

This feature works through integrations with trusted soaring weather providers SkySight and TopMeteo. A valid subscription to one or both services unlocks access to detailed offline weather forecasts on your device.
